LESSON INFORMATION & FEES

Develop. Grow. Succeed.

At Pony Palooza we offer a friendly and welcoming environment for all riding levels and ages. Lesson students range from 3 years old to parents and adults looking to learn how to ride as well. Whether an advanced student or a beginner rider looking to get back into the saddle, we have the horse and program that suits every rider. Safety of our riders and horses is of utmost importance to us, which is why we teach all aspects of horse care including proper grooming, handling, tacking up procedures, riding techniques, and cooling down strategies to make sure their ponies are healthy and happy. Lessons are typically held in our outdoor, sand arena but some lessons are given as trail rides or rides outside of the arena for advanced students.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

All lessons must be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time, or you will  be charged the full price of the scheduled lesson.

To cancel a lesson, you must call Carrie Torre at (412)335-2665

Arrival Time & Preparation

It is highly recommended that riders designate enough time before and after their lesson to take care of their horse. Intermediate and Advanced riders are asked to arrive at least 25 minutes before their scheduled riding time. This provides them with ample time to groom and tack up their horses on their own, while also allowing them to be promptly ready to begin their lesson at their scheduled time.

Should we ever have to cancel lessons due to inclement weather, we will be sure to contact you prior to your lesson time. If you do not hear from us, assume that lessons will still occur as scheduled. EXCEPT in sudden and unexpected storms, our normal cancellation policy applies.
